Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most customers leave a side gate accessible. Pupscaper confirms the gate is closed and latched before leaving and sends a photo proof.

What do you do with the waste?

Your choice. We can place bagged waste in your trash bin, or haul it away as a paid add-on.

Are your products pet-safe?

Yes. All deodorizers and cleaners we use are pet-safe and plant-safe.

What if it rains?

Light rain is fine. For storms or unsafe conditions we'll reschedule and notify you.

Do you service yards without fences?

Yes, with extra care. Tell us in your quote so we can plan.

How do I pause or cancel?

Pause or cancel anytime from your customer portal. No contracts.

Can my dog be in the yard during service?

If your dog is friendly and we have safety notes on file, yes. Otherwise we'll ask you to bring them in for the visit window.

Do you offer HOA or apartment service?

Yes — recurring common-area service, pet waste stations, monthly reports. See Commercial / HOA.

How is pricing determined?

Number of dogs, yard size, frequency, last cleanup, add-ons, disposal preference, and route availability.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. Party Reset and one-time deep clean typically schedule within 72 hours.
